	Some details on the fixes:
	お礼 holds the id of an item to reward when the player helps with work. If 給料 is 0, the accomplished work is never subtracted from the work that has to be done. Meaning you never really helped.
	This makes sense for jobs without a workload, like playing. But if there is a workload, it means you'll never be rewarded(and I suspect you also won't get a cash-reward for helping at the end of the day). So now all characters that had a reward-item set should have a 給料 > 0, meaning the rewards can be obtained.
	給料 works as a multiplicator to the work you do, so it might need some adjustments for short working times. But it shouldn't be impossible like before now.

	-The CSV CSTR is immutable so still holds the original state. Since the characters don't change their work, it can be reliably used to determine the correct/original value
	-Adjusted for the japanese fix attempt, now both CSTR::1 and CSTR::3 can hold the right value, because their fix is incomplete
	-Further adjusted; The CSV value now has priority, meaning only random-chars still take their CSTR value directly
