Diapers are generally linked towards incontinence due to the way that they're usually used. Being how their primary use is being used to hold one's excretions, one that's generally into incontinence is also genially into diapers as well. Conversely, most people who pants wetting are usually not too fond of diapers due to the stigma attached to them.
