Incontinence, also known as omorashi (おもらし) (a form of "moreru" (漏れる)) is the inability to hold one's urine, fecal material, semen, love juice, etc. Most games have some form of urinary incontinence using diuretics, while some games make this naturally happen if the character's bladder is too full. Some games also have fecal incontinence. Most of the time this is in a form of an enema, but games that are more in-depth usually let solid feces be excreted as well. Most games also only let this happen during sex, and not during other aspects of the game.

Enema

A different form of fecal incontinence. While nearly no era games with real fecal IC exist (aside from Akuma Maid and New Accident Story), most have some form of enema command. Most of the excretions turn into liquid poo, but most games skip the details and just say a liquid that's being excreted. This is often a half-assed way of adding scat content to a game.
